SHIPPING HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Due to extremely high demand, processing your order will take 24 hours and will be shipped out within 1-3 business days (Several changes in shipping time may be affected due to Covid-19) then will be delivered via National Post/USPS/Local Courier. All orders should take 7-21 business days to deliver worldwide. If you are tracking your order, an estimated delivery date will show once your order is within 2-4 days of arrival.

ORDER ISSUES:

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

If you believe your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us a picture of the defect along with your order number. We will typically ship out a new item at no cost to you. Please email us at Superliftups@hotmail.com

 

MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVED

If your order status is "delivered" but you have not received your order, below are common circumstances:

1. A family member or neighbor has your package. Before you panic about your package being stolen, check with family members and neighbors to ensure your package is not close by.

2. If you ordered multiple items, sometimes items are shipped separately. Do not panic if only a portion of your order has arrived. Please allow a few days for the rest of your order to arrive. If your order does not arrive within a couple of days, please contact us so that we can look into the issue.

3. The shipping service delivered the item to the wrong address or the package was stolen. The best thing to do in this case is to contact your local post office with your tracking number handy. The post office can help you file a missing package report and help you track down the package.
